Although the sea looked rough for me and my head was pounding a bit from the previous evening. Had a great three hour session really felt that I was progressing and managed to avoid any serious collisions with the other 13 kiters in the area. Top day. Just need to work on my cycling technique back from Borth town avoiding very friendly local constabulary.
